This family-run guesthouse overlooks Devonshire Park and the International Tennis Courts, just a stone's throw from the beach and the promenade, and only a short distance from the town centre.All of the en suite rooms are front facing, with some enjoying views of the rolling South Downs. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with 17 channels and a DVD player.Taking great pride in the stylish décor, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere and home cooked food, the resident owners, Darren and Laura, provide excellent value for money and a personal service.
